Thursday, Friday.

Friday, February 28th, 2003

Thursday: School. Lifted with Steve. We hung out at my house for about an hour. Then Steve went home for dinner. My sister came home with some Qdoba with some Nacho’s for me. Good eats. Steve picked me up at like 6:30 to go the School Play. We meet Joe and Mike there, the play was “Bye Bye Birdie.” All in all, pretty good and entertaining. I got back around 10PM and had some fun installing a few different Linux distro’s on a computer I got from a friend at school. It’s a lousy 166Mhz, but it should make a fair enough server.

Friday: So I am sitting in, um, 6th hour in the library. As we didn’t have Choir today, well we did for a whole 8 minutes.

Tuesday, Wednesday & You.

Thursday, February 27th, 2003

Tuesday: A day to nothing, and nothing is what I did. I did so little, I didn’t even get around here to post a (good) update! Sorry folks. My day included; The usual lifting after school with Steve, sister coming home around 8 ish. As that time I had just moved my Titanium upstairs, as I was preparing Mac & Cheese. ‘Bout it!

Wednesday: Good thing I have 3,409 songs and a fair sound system, as with out it, the house would be VERY quiet today! I hung out at the house alone, Mike came over for an hour (5-6.) He had to leave early to go see his sister’s play. My sister got home around 7 with dinner from Panera bread. That pretty much summed up my day!

So I was thinking what fun could I add to this journal. I decided I should post links to my favorites of the day, followed by my thoughts on them. So lets get crackin!

HeadScan - Sure, I remember a few days after school, back in 6th grade. I had just purchased my first scanner, and my brother and I scanned our faces, then used some photo software to screw each other up. Now these people… At least (I think I) matured… ;-)

Natural Selection must not be working out too well… These guys make Window’s Users look like geniuses! (OK, I admit, that was low, and lame.)

Yay “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” has been slayed. - ‘Nuff said!

A 1.1 GHz PC for $200 - They say you get what you pay for, but I am thinking I may make an stop by walmart to pick one of these up. Can anyone say local/net server?!

BIG, HUGE, brother is watching you[r PC] - Great, microsoft’s latest ‘update’ to their buggy OS sends them a list of ALL the software you installed on your computer. Well at least they use a SSL connection. =-)

PS2-to-china- I like how everyone thinks as China and such with super cool gaming consoles and future technology that we get like 2 years later… Too bad it is a big joke. Thanks to their loving government that protects and has to OK everything they see/hear/do, the Play Station 2 is just making it’s way to China.

Home Alone.

So yah, I am currently KCS (Kitchen Couter Surfing.) I think I am going to prepare for sleep soon, as sleep sounds real good. So, yah, I’ll post what I did today, tomorrow. Magic.

Back from Adventure 2.

Tuesday, February 25th, 2003

So yah, I just got back from Barns & Nobel and Kinko’s with my sister. She did some pictures for her cheerleaders (remember? she is the coach for CSH) and had to make some copies. I just have to say Kinko’s is like, the after hours public library. There were quite a few people there! Well I did take some great pictures of the adventure, I’ll (maybe) post em tomorrow. For sleep is my current idling task.

Did I say it was cold out!?!? Yah, it’s 7° F right now. Ick.

*Matt thinks about feting up from the couch, and moving to bed. Yay for couch computing.
