Brother got home around 4AM slept at Cora’s for a few hours, and she had to leave at 7 to make it to her cabin/work by 10 AM. Tim then made it to our house around 7 and slept on the couch as Carie was in his bed. Everyone then got up and met my grandparents for lunch at LePeep. Everyone is back at Sara’s helping, while I am playing geek at home. (I figure if I can… =-)
Had dinner on the floor here. (Got some pictures.) The Thompsons (Gary, Vicki, and their son Houston) brought the food and joined us, my grandparents (dad’s side) also came and helped, not to mention TJ’s, (Sara’s soon to be husband), brother and sister’s brother came over to help paint. Oh and Carie who has been staying with us the last week or more is also here helping. I installed the microwave… That’s about it, I think I may look for a ride home as I only have 14% battery left. (I was using it as a boom box for ~5 hours.)
Right now I am in the car and on the way to my Sister’s new place. My reason for showing up is the only sure bet I will get a meal today. I was also just testing out my cell phone internet, as I haven’t used it since the summer started.
I win, I have officially caught up to all of my email. (No unread messages! Now I am sure that will change by the time I finish composing this.) Today has been great, got up nice and late. Took a 30 minute shower to the best music around. The family is over at my sister’s new place she just bought, cleaning, painting, moving stuff in. I will prob’ join them later.
I still have a to-do list on my Palm that is pretty daunting, and since the sister is getting married quite soon (July 5th) I am sure there will always be something I need to help with. Well I am going to go find some food.
