Matt battles the cancer rays!

An update via email interview.
Questions by Danielle Lillo, answers by me.

Matt-
mark needed final numbers for camp, so I told him you are going.  I hope you are!

Yah I am planning on it, but I am quite bummed about my indoor soccer. I have missed 3 games, and played one. Going to camp Friday right after school would mean I would miss another game… I guess life goes on. In “matt made the rules” world, I think I would just meet you guys a little later in the evening. (The is at like 4:30.) I don’t think Mark would be happy about that, I don’t think my parents would be happy. So I guess it’s a yes, I should give mark a call and get him the money. I should also get some pads so I can take the ass kicking from my soccer team.

anyway, hope you are still having fun in Hawaii, actually if it rained and you were stuck in your hotel room for a day i would feel a little better.

I’m on the airplane back to the mainland now. No rainy days, but the humidity is so 100% that um, it might as well be raining, as I being a non amphibious human, I felt like I was drowning. Cora (Tim’s Girl Friend) was showing me a great picture of me on the beach. (See Above)I can’t hope to get it from them, so I can post it front page of Matt matteson.com It is me pool side, across 2 lawn chairs. What makes it a Matt Matteson classic is I had made every effort to avoid the cancer rays from above. I have 3 or more towns covering my whole body, or what appears to be my body.

-end of email-

So I am in a Hilton in CA by Disney Land. What a groovy place, a nice big desk, free high speed internet served wired and wireless.

Hawaii Mind Frame

I’m busy trying to download my 300 emails from the last 2 days on my cell phone internet connection. My dad asked if it is the same speed as when I am driving down the highway, I told him yes but at least I am going somewhere when driving down the road.

Hawaii is super neat. Our room is like a whale watching ship, if you stare at the water, I guarantee you will see a whale in 2 minutes. (Well unless you are blind.)

I’m trying hard to get Chris, a buddy of mine who lives here, to set some time for me. He doesn’t quite work with the phone, and I’m not quite online as much as usual so it has become quite a feat.

Hello from Hawaii

At the hotel, no good news on the internet front. (Using my cell phone @ the moment.) I am trying to get my buddy Chris’s info so I can call him and see if I can meet him for some fun.

So far so good. Hotel is super nice. I got my mountain dews, I’m set. Talk of some pool/beach action is the head of discussion right now.

I’m going to finish grabbing my email, and see if I can get a hold of Chris before I go get some cancer, I mean sun.

Just had breakfast at the hotel, but now we are leaving to hop on the airplane for Hawaii. Yay.
