MTV + Mike O + Columbine = Troubl… Err…

Wednesday, March 31st, 2004

If you didn’t know, Mike O is playing host to a crew from MTV. I know I wouldn’t find myself into his shoes… Tuesday the MTV crew and Mike and a few kids went to dinner, and I hear they are shooting video Thursday. Although I saw a video crew outside of Qdoba today talking to Columbine Students. I’m very curious to see how Mike’s media takes form, and how it will be used in the future. (Well, at least I don’t see Mike being President, music star, actor, or terrorist so I am unsure when this video will be used other than once.)

Recent days have been as fulfilling with joy as a day containing school may be. This week lays host to Colorado Student Assessment Program taken by the 9th and 10th graders. The required test time for those grades has created an altered schedule I am in love with. Two hours of school, 12-2, just right. It’s enough that you pay attention and complete something, and also allow you do to something with your day.
