Keystone

What andrew said:

Went skiing with Matt yesterday at Keystone. They had about 6? of new snow, although it wasn’t champagne, but it also wasn’t concrete. Hit up some jumps in the terrain park and pulled a couple Mute Grabs, a Spread Eagle, and even a 180°

Err.. no 180’s and such for me… not yet.

Alive!

I’m alive. The bike race was super awesome - best I have felt yet in a race.

Monday the old woody’s group rode in the party Safari (my van) downtown for some coffee, after- we wondered around for a while, I got to have some fun with my new camera - I’ll post those pictures sometime soon.

Today I went up to Genesee and helped a lady with her new iMac. I am really tempted of the MacBook pro, I’ll get some more money, but those new machines are awesome.

No plans yet for the evening or the weekend… well maybe skiing tomorrow… maybe.

BASEBALL!

Yesterday I joined my Mom, Dad and Grandma for a baseball game. My parents got my grandma this pretty sweet combo deal thing for Christmas - 4 tickets, parking pass, 4 hot dogs and cokes (and some stuff I prob forgot.) Dad and I dropped mom and grandma off at the front door - and when we finally caught up with them in the stands, they were super impressed how helpful the people were. I guess some employee spotted grandma at the gate, got a wheeled chair for her, and took them in a different gate and rolled her all the way to the seats.

It was pretty entertaining, I enjoy people watching so I was set. (Yah, not a big watch sports guy.)

So here’s a funny story. In like the 3rd inning, they announced some Verizon thing. You take a picture with your cell phone and email it to this number and the winners picture is put on the super jumbo screen. Dad tells mom to do it, as I think mom has the picture service already paid for on her phone. I help mom send her photo she took of Dad and Grandma. Come 5th inning i tell mom her phone’s beeping, she had been not hearing the thing ring all night, so was frustrated she missed another call. We pullit out and it’s a text messaging saying her picture had won, it would be on the screen on the 7th, and stop by the customer service desk behind row 127. Pretty darn funny.

I took a few pictures of it, but a picture of the jumbo screen, of a picture taken on a cell phone… not quite the most detailed picture you will see from my camera, but it’s still cool.

update: I just realized I did a whole post about a baseball game and I didn’t even tell you what team we went to cheer for. Rockies. There now I think this is an official baseball post.
